The Presidents of the bars, the other delegates elected by the Plenary Meetings of the bars from among the community of lawyers (marked "RA"), and the trainee lawyers (marked "RAA") on the bars' committees constitute the Representatives' Meeting. The Representatives' Meeting resolves budgetary matters and issues guidelines as defined in Section 37 Rechtsanwaltsordnung. They elect the President of the Austrian Bar, the three Vice Presidents and the auditors of the Austrian Bar. The number of delegates depends on the number of members of the relevant bar.
